The Upland/ Tesoro game was the best game in the division last week as Tesoro beat Upland on a late field goal.
This week a few WV teams face off against the always tough Pac 5.
There was some movement in our rankings, but nothing to get too excited about.

1. (1) Mission Viejo (4-0) MV defeated La Habra 24-14 on the road to stay undefeated. This week MV hosts 2-0 Norco.

2. (2) Vista Murrieta (2-0) VM is off to a fast start by routing another opponent. This time it was Santiago losing 55-33. VM is averaging 63 points a game after 2 games. It's likely they could continue that this week. Next: Lakewood (0-3)

3. Los Al (2-0) The Griffins won big again, beating Lakewood 53-16. LA is averaging 51 points a game after 2 games. It should get somewhat tougher this week. We'll have to see if La Habra has much left after last weeks loss to MV. Next: La Habra (2-1)

4. (6) Tesoro (2-1) Tesoro had to come from behind to beat Upland 30-28 on a late FG. Sounds like an awesome game. Next: @ West Covina (1-2)

5. (5) San Juan Hills (3-0) SJH improves to 3-0 after handling Capo Valley 58-21. This week is a tune-up for a showdown in two weeks with #3 Los Al. Next: Marina (0-3)

6. (4) Upland (2-1) After blowing out its first opponents Upland ran into a quality opponent and just about pulled out a win on the road against a very tough Tesoro team, losing 30-28. This week Upland has a home game with # 10 in the nation Mater Dei (3-0) How can Upland not be fired up for this one.

7. (7) Rancho Cucamonga (2-1) After a flat start and a 30 minute delay due to a power outage at Don Lugo, Rancho ran out to a 35-7 halftime lead, didn't look back and won 35-10. Next: Murrieta Valley (3-0)

8. (8) Edison (2-1) Back to back shut outs for the Chargers as this week they beat Canyon / Anaheim 35-0. The next two weeks Edison steps up the schedule by playing the Trinity's Servite and Mater Dei. Next: Servite (1-2)

9. (9) Hart (2-0) Hart improves to 2-0 after blowing out Paraclete 38-16. Should be another route this week too. Next: Muir (0-2)

10a. (10a) Chino Hills (2-1) CH beat Roosevelt 35-13 in preparation for this weeks game vs. Amat. Remember last year CH pulled out the upset. We think will be upset (ready) this week.

10b. (10b) Murrieta Valley (3-0) We didn't think after 3 weeks MV would be 3-0, but here we are and they are 3-0. This weeks opponent proves to be much tougher than the previous three. Next: Rancho Cucamonga (2-1)
