Golden State Prep (GSP) is now taking applications for its 2020-2021 season. GSP is the Post Grad program for top National Prep Academy, Prolific Prep. Coming off a very strong showing on year 3, GSP is looking to expand its program to new heights in this coming season. Besides its local games against West Coast opponents and international foes that come to the Napa area, GSP is scheduled for the All-American Jamboree (Orlando), Tarkanian Classic (Las Vegas), Hoop Hall Classic (Massachusetts), as well as Grind Session events such as Attitude is Free Classic (Phoenix), and top NorCal event, The Crush in the Valley, and many more…….

Golden State Prep (GSP) is a fifth year Post Grad Men’s Basketball team that provides the ideal environment for student athletes who want an additional “gap” year to develop their basketball skills, mentality, and body in order to be best prepared for college basketball. If you have not secured the college opportunity you are looking for or simply want to enhance your options, then GSP is the right choice for you after high school graduation. Gavin Newsom, the state health department and the county of San Diego seeking a temporary restraining order to allow high school competition amid the pandemic .

"The lawsuit, filed in San Diego Superior Court, alleges under the equal protection clause of the 14th amendment that high school students have not been treated fairly because collegiate and professional athletes in the state have been allowed to compete during the same time period, said San Diego-based attorney Stephen Grebing."
