USC announced on Tuesday the signings of Bru McCoy and Chris Steele. Both 5-star 2019 prospects ranked 12th(McCoy) and 19th in the country are the second and third ranked prospects in the state in the Rivals.com 2019 top 100.
The wide receiver/linebacker and Mater Dei grad McCoy graduated early, enrolled at USC then transferred to Texas and is back at USC.
Steele, the defensive back from St. John Bosco, graduated early and enrollied at Florida and transferred to USC, he was previously committed to Oregon following his transfer but decided on USC.
