Two SoCal players invited to Stephen Curry SC30 Select Camp

Under Armour Basketball Hosts Third Annual SC30 Select Camp
Reigning MVP Stephen Curry To Offer Top High School Players with
Hands-On Elite Guard Play and Skill Development


(Baltimore, MD – June 28, 2016) – Golden State Warriors Guard and the first unanimous NBA Most Valuable Player recipient, Stephen Curry, and Under Armour Basketball return to the Bay Area to host the third annual SC30 Select Camp. The top high school guards in the nation will participate in the four-day program from June 28 -July 1, 2016. Stephen will extend personalized and individual instruction to each participant.

  • LJ Figueroa – Lawrence, Massachusetts
  • Michael Porter Jr. – Columbia, Missouri
  • Mitch Ballock – Eudora, Kansas
  • MJ Walker – Riverdale, Georgia
  • Myles Cale – Middletown, Delaware
  • Nickeil Alexander-Walker – Toronto, Ontario, Canada
  • Paul Scruggs – Indianapolis, Indiana

This year’s programming will also include a Jr. NBA basketball clinic for local Bay Area youth, led by Stephen with support from the 2016 SC30 Select Camp players. The 40 youth participants will be engaged with on-court drills for skills development.

SC30 Select Camp is built on the foundation of arming players with the fundamentals essential to guard play by highlighting the importance of balancing growth on and off the court. The program features basketball training and competition, including six on-court sessions and four film sessions.
