Sit out period ends today

After sitting out more than a month of the 2015-16 sports season, dozens of students who transferred without moving will become eligible today to play for their new teams.

Birmingham will get two new starters in Edward Keller, an offensive lineman from Calabasas, and Christian Moore, a defensive end from Chaminade.

Servite is going to unveil Keith Taylor, a defensive back who transferred from St. John Bosco.
Calabasas has a group of football players becoming eligible. Mission Viejo adds running back Jacob Clark and receiver Elijah Collier, both from Orange Lutheran.

Orange Lutheran adds twins Xavier and Xavion Steele, junior transfers from Tahquitz.

Servite is interesting, Taylor is a high level D1 player and will help them as they face a difficult schedule. The Trinity League starts this week and final 4 teams are competing for 1 playoff spot with Bosco and Mater Dei establishing themselves.
