Rancho Verde at Heritage

This is a game, perhaps, years in the making...No question both teams are talented...but while Heritage was facing off with the likes of REV, Orange Lutheran, and Cajon...Rancho Verde was playing Bonita Vista, Grossmont, and Hawkins (teams with a combined record of 5-22)...Will the scheduling difference matter on Friday Night?

Two completely different styles of football battling it out for one league championship...Who do you feel has the upper hand?

I like Heritage in this one. Heritage will control the clock the same way they did against Cajon. IMO if Heritage wins RV will not even receive a top 4 seed in D2.

I agree Lock-N-Loaded, if Heritage can sustain drives it will kill the offensive rhythm that RV likes to employ...and will give Heritage a clear edge...but the RV defense is no joke...The Patriot offense will have its work cut out for them.

I like the Mustangs in this one...especially if they get up early...But then, I have ties to the Ranch and don't always see things objectively.

What a defensive performance by the Mustangs...Five offensive turnovers and they still held Heritage to just 10 points...An amazing effort against a very physical team.
