James Pauley is a world class master shooter and renowned shooting coach. He is Executive Director of the National Basketball Shooters Association and director of "Twine Time Basketball".
Coach Pauley has been a head coach and has coached all aspects of basketball for the past 25+ years working with players of all ages. For the past six years, he has focused solely on shooting providing 1-on-1 private training, small groups, camps, and providing shooting clinics for high school and college teams.
As a competitive shooter, James won the "Coaches Challenge" at the 2013 Final Four by making 112 straight FTs and 54 3-pointers in a row. He set the World Hot Shot record in 2014, and at the 2015 World Championships in Las Vegas, won both the 3 point and Hot Shot competition as well as the Senior World Championship in free throws. He has made 200+ free throws in a row more than 50 times in the past two years with a personal best 741! His best consecutive three point streak is 74.
Coach Pauley has a Noah shooting system which he uses with all his players. It is a big reason why both he and his players are or are becoming great shooters!
