New football playoff groupings to be released tomorrow (6/17)

Per CIF Press Release:

Tomorrow, June 17, the CIF Southern Section will be releasing the Fall Sports Playoff Groupings (football, girls tennis, girls volleyball and boys water polo) based on the new competitive equity bylaws passed by the CIF-SS Council during the 2015-16 school year.

These will be released no later than 3:00 p.m. on that day.

It is important to point out that these sports playoff groupings are subject to change based on new or missing data provided by our member schools. Any adjustments to playoff divisions will be reflected in the respective Sport Previews that will be available in August.

This should be a great way to look @ competitive equity. I still wonder why Augustus Hawkins had 9 rivals kids. Corona Centennial had 3 whoops 2. The other was from Gorman.
