A few observations:
1. Mater Dei over Bosco. The Monarchs avenge a loss and set a date with De La Salle in a few weeks barring a massive upset in a rematch of the 2017 Open Division game.
2. Sierra Canyon over Cajon, huge win for the Trailblazers over the favored Cowboys.
3. Narbonne rolls, the Gauchos win the LA City Section Open Division and head to the state playoffs.
