Three guys from the state of California were drafted in the first round of the NFL Draft last night.

Former USC offensive lineman Alijah Vera-Tucker from Oakland Bishop O’Dowd went to the New York Jets at pick 14.

Jaelan Phillips was drafted #18 to the Miami Dolphins. The former Redlands East Valley star defensive end played at UCLA and Miami.

Lastly former Antioch star and Alabama running back Najee Harris went to the Pittsburgh Steelers at pick 24.

Be on the lookout for an article covering the draft which included a pair of guys from Rancho Cucamonga in TJ Graham and Darren Hall and Bishop O'Dowd in Vera-Tucker and Jevon Holland.
