3. Athletic weight training
4. Shooting with a focus on mid-range scoring
5. Ball handling, Passing
6. Perimeter, Post and guard skills
7. Defense ? perimeter defense and post defense
8. Rebounding
9. Understanding the mental element of the game
- Winning attitude/work ethic
- Leadership/communication and listening skills
You will have the opportunity to work in a one on one and multi-group session. You will also work with college level players to learn what it takes to get to the next level in player development. They will be available to help provide positive feedback and to give instruction from a college perspective.
