[/URL]To avoid any site overload like the one last year, Rivals has been preparing for National Signing Day for quite a few months and
has been "stress-testing" and "load-balancing" the Rivals network throughout the midnight hours recently. This has led
to some occasional stability errors as any bugs are worked out.
A critical test tonight (Friday) will focus on site security. Every single Rivals subscriber will be automatically logged out at[/B]
10 p.m. PT. Every single user will then be required to log back in with their username and password that
they are registered with - as they would normally log in on any day.
That should be the only issue anyone will experience.
Since the Call Center will be closed, users who have log-in issues beyond new Passwords can
email Subscriptions@Rivals.com for immediate remedy. That email will be monitored closely for prompt
support help.
