From our Rivals Oregon staff:

This was just a chance for Nasir Wyatt to solidify his relationships and to get to see the staff again. He has been to Eugene many times and the Ducks have seemed like the team to beat for a while. This shows, though, that the staff take nothing for granted. They are continuing to recruit Wyatt as if he were a long shot because they feel he is a difference maker at linebacker and they want to be sure to let him know how important he is to them for this class.

Players like Marcus Harris gushed over the chance to play in an offense that likes to take chances, get the ball into their playmakers hands and score a lot of points. Harris has a top five of Oregon, Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee and Texas. The Ducks are the team closest to home and are making a strong move to land the Mater Dei standout. There is still a lot of work to do, but Harris loved the atmosphere Saturday.

The Ducks hosted the Duo of running backs yesterday and might still be on the outside looking in for both of them. Having Jordon Davison on campus shortly after the prior running back coach left for Ohio State and a bunch of predictions flooded for the Mater Dei running back to head to Columbus was important.

There were a few elite 2026 targets at the game as well. It is very early in the process for all of these guys and some are longshots. One was CB Davon Benjamin (Oaks Christian).
